Two systems with one goal: to your training highly efficient:

Mechatronics - Flexible Manufacturing

The complete flexible manufacturing machine (title photo) consists of the individual stations described on the following pages “distribution, checking, processing-pressing, processing-drilling and storage”.

The complete machine is supplied with functional tested PLC software. At the moment the software is available for five different PLCs: MITSUBISHI-FX; OMRON-CXXH, C200H; SIEMENS- S5, SIEMENS-S7 (200-CPU, 300-CPU).

The structured layout allows the assignment of individual stations to different project groups as a project task. So four (five) different project groups can solve four (five) different problems at the same time.

The different project groups must subsequently communicate with their respective “neighbours” about the transfer of parts as well as the signal operation of different measuring and processing results. The flexible manufacturing machine has a multitude of automation technology components. As a result of this you can achieve a high degree of efficiency in training.

The whole machine is composed of five (MK- 1100) or four (MK-1000) different stations. The stations are composed of different units.

MCS - Mechatronics Compact System

The MCS system is a concept with lots of different possible superstructural parts. The modules are designed to be assembled on work tables. Each individual module is completely functional on its own.

For control you will find the same PLC which we also offer in our PLC catalogueue. The Sub-D connectors mounted on the PLC training panel at the same time guarantee simple and uncomplicated assembly and start-up of one module or several networked modules.
A control console and two MCS modules can be connected to the PLC control. In principle every PLC control can be integrated into this free training system. It is always supplied with a completely functioning exemplar programme. The structured layout allows the assignment of individual modules to different project groups as a project task.

Thus many different project groups can solve the most diverse problems at the same time. The different project groups must subsequently communicate with their respective “neighbours” about the transfer of parts as well as the signal operation of different measuring and processing results. The MCS system has a multitude of automation technology components. As a result of this you can achieve a high degree of efficiency in training.
