Pneumatics/ electropneumatics training systems
Two systems with one goal: to make your training highly efficient.
The advantages are obvious:
The IDV teacher training components are designed so that all elements of control technology are coordinated, regardless whether pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics or PLC with function simulators.
This means: all devices are interchangeable from one system to another, whether a connector system or pneumatics aluminium groove system or a hydraulics insertion system or both in PLC technology with its function simulators.
So for example you can:
- use the electrical equipment for electropneumatics as well as for electrohydraulics, by merely unscrewing the plug legs from the pneumatics connector system and then installing the device into the hydraulics insertion system!!
- in case of space problems you can build the pneumatics work station onto the hydraulics training station and then you have made a pneumatics station out of your hydraulics station in the same place for your training!!
- the PLC and corresponding function simulators can be equipped with plug legs and then can be integrated into the pneumatics station, or even without plug legs the PLC can actuate the electro and/or proportional hydraulics.
- pneumatic / electro pneumatic devices are mateable in a grid of 25/25 mm. This guarantees high density installation as well as compatibility with other systems!!
- only at IDV: by means of the parallel interface for plugging in electrical connections and screwing, the system lives up to its training nature to quickly implement complicated controls as well as practical criteria relevant to the examination!!
